Zenessis Delivers a 670 kVA 20FT Containerised Generator for an Aggregate Production Plant in Belgium
Zenessis successfully delivered a 670 kVA diesel generator set to an aggregate production facility in Belgium, providing a reliable standby power solution for a demanding heavy-industrial environment.
The generator set, model ZEN 670 TS, was designed and manufactured by Zenessis in a closed-type 20-foot container configuration, offering a robust and compact solution suitable for installation directly within the industrial facility.
At the heart of the system is a Scania industrial diesel engine, coupled with a Leroy-Somer alternator. The generator is controlled by a ComAp InteliLite 4 AMF 25 control system, providing automatic mains failure functionality and comprehensive monitoring and protection of the generating set.
The project required more than a standard generator configuration. The unit had to be integrated into the existing infrastructure of an operational aggregate production plant, where reliability, durability and continuous availability of backup power are essential to maintaining industrial operations.
The containerised design provides additional protection for the equipment while allowing the complete generating system to be delivered as an integrated, factory-engineered solution.
This project further demonstrates Zenessis’ capability to design and manufacture custom industrial standby power solutions for heavy-industry applications across Europe, combining internationally supported components with European engineering and manufacturing.
